Breathe Well Salve
Safe for ages 6 months+.
Do not apply to the nipple area if breastfeeding, as it is topical only and infants should not consume it. While the ingredients are considered safe for breastfeeding mothers, it may impact milk supply in those more sensitive to the mint family -- balm mint EO.
NOT recommended during pregnancy. This product is not recommended for use while pregnant due to the Clary Sage essential oil, which can impact the uterus.

Elderberry Elixir - Usage
This product is meant to be used orally. It can be taken under the tongue, swallowed alone, or added to your favorite drink. Take as needed up to 4 times per day.
Alcohol (formerly called "Original")
- Ages 1-2 years: 1-5 drops
- Ages 3-6 years: 5-10 drops
- Ages 7-12 years: 10-20 drops
- Ages 13+ years: Up to 20 drops
Alcohol-Free (formerly called "Kids")
- Ages 6 months - 2 years: 1-5 drops
- Ages 3-6 years: 5-10 drops
- Ages 7-12 years: 10-20 drops
- Ages 13+ years: 20 drops
*The 8 oz droppers pull up more volume than the smaller droppers.
Cough B Gone - Usage
Take up to 4 times a day:
Alcohol (formerly called Original):
- Ages 1 - 6: 5 - 10 drops
- Ages 7 - 12: 10 - 20 drops
- Ages 13+: 20 drops
Alcohol-Free (formerly called Kids):
- 6 mo - 2 years: 1 - 2 drops

Take orally, and it can be added to tea, juice, smoothie, applesauce, or other beverage/snack if that is preferred.
Herbal Throat Spray - Usage
Spray into the back of the throat as needed to relieve sore throats.
Breathe Well Salve - Usage
Rub a small amount on your chest or the bottoms of your feet before bed.
Fever Magnet - Usage
Place on your fridge for a helpful reminder when someone in your family is sick!
