Return Policy & Cancellations

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order after placing it, please contact customercare@earthley.com as soon as possible. Most orders ship out within a few business days, so prompt contact is needed.

➡️If you contact us before your order has shipped, we will refund you in full and cancel your order.

➡️If you contact us after your order has been shipped, please mark the box "RETURN TO SENDER" and send the package back to us unopened. Once we have received your order, we will refund you minus shipping charges and taxes.

While not commonly done, we do reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for canceled orders.


Returns and Exchanges

Earthley accepts returns under the following conditions:

  • Products with a defect/issue

If a product is defective, please email us pictures of the product issue. If a product has broken or spilled during shipping, we require these pictures to be able to send your replacement product. Once we have talked to you, we will ship out a replacement product as soon as possible. If there is any delay (i.e. if the product is out of stock), we will contact you to make arrangements or issue a refund.

This does not apply to items on clearance. There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges for items on clearance.


Earthley Guarantee

Don't love our products? Contact us within 30 days and we'll refund your money minus shipping charges and taxes. In most cases, there is no need to return it, we'll let you keep it and pass it along to someone else who can use it. Just contact us and ask.
