Usage

A: We do not recommend children, especially girls take this multivitamin. Nourish Her Naturally or Nourish Me Naturally is recommended for children.
Q: Can boys take Nourish Him Naturally?
A: Around 8 years of age boys can begin taking Nourish Him Naturally to support them as they grow.
Q: Can I mix this with juice or a smoothie?
A: Nourish Him Naturally can be taken straight orally or mixed with water, juice, smoothies, etc. Adding to juice or smoothies does not harm its effectiveness.
Q: How does an herbal multivitamin work?
A: Conventional vitamins in pill form are full of binders and fillers to make them keep their shape and hold all of the ingredients together. Liquid herbal vitamins are made without binders and fillers making them easier to digest. Started my steps of eating healthy a couple years ago which included nourish him daily and a couple other from Earthly. I didn’t notice much difference but that is probably because I wasn’t taking it daily at the time. I would just forget about it. Also when I do, and still today, I’m only taking one dropper. But it was a baby step in this journey so it was still mentally satisfying knowing that I’m getting very good product in my system. The real noticeable change was about 6 months ago when I started taking it more routine every morning as well as a few more added Earthly products and organic/natural foods. It was about 2 or 3 months in when my mood was better and definitely a boost in energy throughout the whole day. Even when I don’t have a full night’s sleep I am good to go the next day. And it tastes good, at least to me, I don’t have to mix it with anything.
The only thing I dislike about Earthly products is the child safe droppers.
