This bath is absolutely amazing. You can see the water changing colors as you sit in the tub. I have fibromyalgia, and my joints’ swelling was relieved on the first night. The amazing smell makes it easy to relax during the soak. I felt better on the first night. Make sure to replenish your water though. I did have some light-headedness but that is completely normal for me.

I think I like this but need to try it more. I had a massive migraine and do believe it helped during that time and also used it when I felt overly tired and worn on a separate occasion. I expected to get sick but didnāt. It will stain your tub if you donāt scrub it down right afterwards- but thatās to be expected with a tea bath!! Enjoy!
