Got this for my son with enlarged adenoids, who was told we had to have them removed, and for my brother-in-law who suffers from horrible allergies. We are about a month into both of them taking it daily. My brother in law says he definitely has noticed a difference in the reduction of his symptoms and has said it helps him clear his head so much more easily.
