As someone who suffers from seasonal allergies, I wanted very much to love this formula. I gave it a full month, taking it consistently, and giving it to my four children. Three of my children and I got increasingly worse coughs and my asthma kicked in badly. It took me some time to recognize that the nettles in this were the most likely culprit, so I stopped taking it and giving it, and our coughs and breathing grew better within a couple of days of stopping it. That said, it did seem to help my youngest son with his indoor allergies, so there’s that.
