Usage
Dip one edge of a toothbrush into the powder. You only need a small amount. Brush as usual and rinse. This is used in place of toothpaste. Do not get the powder wet. Use daily.

Q: How is this remineralizing if it doesn’t contain hydroxyapatite?

Q: This is very messy. Why?
A: Our tooth powder can be messy when opened. We suggest wetting your toothbrush before dipping it into the tooth powder to help reduce mess.
Q: Will this bubble up like normal tooth paste?

I’ve loved all my other Earthley products but this one just isn’t for me personally. I have a hard time not making a mess with it (and spilled half of it at one point but I’m clumsy so that’s on me) and I just don’t like the texture of it. It’s made me dread brushing my teeth to be honest. Im just a paste girl I guess! The ingredients are great though so if you don’t mind the gritty/powdery feeling and cleaning black water spots out of your sink every day, it’s a great clean option.

The product does its job but I will never buy it again. I mistakenly grabbed the tooth powder jar instead of the cream jar for my feet today, opened it and the charcoal tooth powder went EVERYWHERE. It is a MESS to clean up. Even after brushing the teeth, you have to wash out and scrub the sink (not just rinse the sink) It’s just way too messy for me and therefore NOT worth it, It got tossed in the trash sadly.

Have been using for about a month and I love it, but there’s a few drawbacks to just be aware of. It is messy if you’re not careful. It’s a powder and you dip your dry toothbrush into it. It’s black and so spitting into the sink does show every single bit of where it goes. Sometimes it doesn’t just come off with pouring a glass of water on it. You may have to wipe it up. It also did leave my teeth a little tingly for a few first days and my husbands as well but not too noticeable at all though. It has whitened my teeth! After the first brush I noticed that my teeth feel cleaner than they ever have EVER! It’s amazing in that way and why I continue to use it. I love it and to me the small mess sometimes is worth it. Knowing that it’s actually benefitting my teeth and mouth and not hurting my teeth like fluoride toothpaste is so great!
Personally I think it has zero taste. It’s just black and took a little getting used to seeing that!

I love this! It is definitely weird to use for a while until you get use to it but that doesn’t stop it from making my teeth feel amazing. My gums don’t bleed and have started to heal themselves as they were receding and not grown over my veneers. I can’t really tell that there is mint flavoring in it though. So if you’re worried about that being overpowering it is not.

Okay so here is where you may need a sense of humor while using this product, cuzzzz it’s a bit of a learning curve. The first time I used this product was a total debacle. I will preface, “electric” oral b toothbrush(because you will need a visual) that I dipped in the container was not wet and as I got it to my mouth and turned it on and applied to my teeth, I blew it everywhere! So here I am standing in front of the mirror laughing with black teeth, black powder everywhere and to top it off I tipped over the container, OH MY what a morning! I was laughing so hard I was crying at the whole scene. Soooo now I have learned that I need to make sure the toothbrush IS wet when dipping and then I top it off with a little dollop of organic toothpaste. All in All I like it, I got the mint, it is a faint taste it could be a little stronger. It does whiten your teeth without the extra toothpaste. Full disclosure I do not use this everyday, it is bit of a process, and you definitely cannot be in hurry, and a sense of humor is a prerequisite, trust me on this LOL!!
