I had to come leave a review because this salve is amazing!! I hadnāt diapered my 20-month-old for 2 days and when I did I noticed a pretty bad diaper yeast infection. I was so mad at myself that I didnāt know exactly when it started, but I remembered purchasing this salve months ago to keep in our natural medicine cabinet. I figured weād give it a try until we could call the doctor Monday morning, something I avoid doing unless we absolutely need a prescription! Product works great! The smell is terrible! Thatās how you know the stuff potent! Cleared up my rash in a few days! i found a way to help with the scent. In a separate container i put 4 parts Vaseline to 1 part of the salve and a few drops of tea tree oil. This Helps drastically reduce the pungent smell also soothes and lubricates the skin during the dry peeling skin phase of the dying rash also helps keeps all the active ingredients working vs the product drying quickly

Ok so first of all the actual product is amazing. Yes the smell makes me gag but itās helping get rid of my 2 year oldās yeast diaper rash so much faster than anything else I have tried. I am nearly a week into using it and the rash is well on its way to being gone so far, but it is definitely not an overnight thing. However if like me you are looking for a remedy quickly, I will say- donāt wait just order it right now. The reason I havenāt given this a full 5 stars is because the processing time and shipping time is too slow. I would gladly have paid a little more to have it expedited since this was something I was not prepared for and needed a remedy as quickly as possible. I went through the small 2 oz jar and now having ordered more Iām going to run out before I can fully get rid of the rash. Customer service answered my questions very promptly and I am happy about everything else to do with this transaction, I just wish there were more options for shipping!
