Echinacea is a gentle, yet powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory herb that supports your immune system. Black Pepper helps your body absorb nutrients and promotes gut health. Garlic, which has been used for years in many immune supporting supplements, promotes gut and immune health, and provides a rich flavor to the broth.

Add 1 tbsp (7g) mix to 8 oz hot water, or add 1/4 – 1/2 cup to soup or stock. Simmer for at least 10 minutes (30 minutes is better), strain and enjoy.

Q: Can I eat the ingredients once they are cooked?

A: Yes, but some ingredients may not be the best texture (like whole black peppercorns or chunks of turmeric).  But you CAN.  Many people pick out and keep the mushrooms.

Q: Can they be added directly to a soup or do I need to make a broth with them first?

A: Yes, you can, but you may not want all the ingredients in your finished soup.  If you want to do that, it’s better to wrap this in cheesecloth and let it float in the soup and remove at the end.

Q: Can I drink the broth by itself? Will it taste good?

A: Yes and Yes!

    Love this! I make a “tea” with it when I’m starting to feel sick. I also use it in all my soup bases. You definitely will want to strain it out before adding other ingredients though.
