Amount Per Serving:
- 125 mg bay leaves
- 2875 mg shiitake mushrooms
- 1250 mg astragalus root
- 250 mg black pepper
- 250 mg garlic
- 375 mg echinacea
- 1875 mg turmeric root
Add 1 tbsp (7g) mix to 8 oz hot water, or add 1/4 – 1/2 cup to soup or stock. Simmer for at least 10 minutes (30 minutes is better), strain and enjoy.

Q: Can I eat the ingredients once they are cooked?
A: Yes, but some ingredients may not be the best texture (like whole black peppercorns or chunks of turmeric). But you CAN. Many people pick out and keep the mushrooms.
Q: Can they be added directly to a soup or do I need to make a broth with them first?
A: Yes, you can, but you may not want all the ingredients in your finished soup. If you want to do that, it’s better to wrap this in cheesecloth and let it float in the soup and remove at the end.
Q: Can I drink the broth by itself? Will it taste good?
