Usage
Dilute to 0.5 – 2% for topical use (we suggest a neutral, skin-safe oil like jojoba, apricot, or cucumber seed oil), or add 2 – 4 drops to a diffuser.

I find this blend very strong as others have reviewed. I would try one drop in a diffuser in the future. We had a sickness go through last week with lots of congestion and headache that lasted a few days each. This may have helped! It’s just good to have lots of options in your arsenal!

The individual scents in this blend are beautiful – but very strong! Very little is required, and I can only diffuse intermittently or I will get a headache.
We haven’t had a chance to use it in conjunction with any sickness yet, so I can’t vouch for efficacy. 4 stars for being ultra concentrated and not needing to use much to achieve a fresh smell in the room.

I made this into a rollberbottle with a 1% dilution for my 6yo and 3yo so they can put it on during illness and when we travel. I tried diffusing it, and I liked the scent. It is very strong, so only a few drops are needed. I highly recommend diffusing intermittently, such as 30 minutes on, 30 minutes off if you’re going to diffuse for a long time. I’m thankful for another way to boost immunity.
