DIY: Calming Fudge Pops
About the Ingredients
Adaptogens are herbs that help our body respond to stress to find our calm and relax better. Adaptogens are vital for a system that is on high alert and has high levels of cortisol. You can learn more about adaptogens in our blog How to Fix High Cortisol. For more in depth reading on adaptogenic herbs, you can read Natural Ways to Reduce Stress & Anxiety and 7 Herbs to Reduce Stress & Anxiety.
Before we get started, you'll need our Cocoa Calm. Cocoa Calm promotes total body wellness, gut health, and supports your body’s stress response! We combine all-natural, non-alkalized, antioxidant-rich cocoa powder with three key adaptogens (ashwagandha root, schisandra berry, and eleuthero root) to provide you with a powerful, yet gentle, nutrition and stress supplement. These adaptogens help you deal with the daily stresses of life (there’s no Western medicine/allopathic equivalent to adaptogens, but they are very important to promote overall health!).
