DIY Sleepy Time Tea

What You’ll Need
- 1 tsp dried chamomile flowers
- 1 tsp dried lemon balm
- ½ tsp dried lavender buds (optional but great for relaxation)
- 1 cup hot filtered water
- 1–2 tsp raw honey (optional)
- 1 dropperful Earthley tincture (see options below)
How to Make It
Step 1: Add herbs to a tea infuser or directly into your cup.
Step 2: Pour hot (not boiling) water over herbs.
Step 3: Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes (covering keeps the calming oils in).
Step 4: Strain if needed.
Step 5: Stir in honey if desired.
Step 6: Add your Earthley tincture last, once the tea is warm (not hot).
