Can the minimum order amount be adjusted for small businesses? Yes, we understand that every business is unique, and we are happy to work with you to find a solution that meets your needs. Please reach out to us directly to discuss this.
What is the minimum order size for wholesale orders? Our minimum order size for wholesale orders is $250 after the 40% discount has been applied.
How do I place an order? Once you have registered as a wholesaler, you can place an order on our website by meeting the minimum order quantity requirement. Your wholesale discount will automatically apply at checkout.
Can I be an affiliate and a wholesaler? Absolutely! You can switch between modes as needed, and your affiliate link will always work, regardless of which mode you are in.
Can I try the products before committing to them? Unfortunately, we do not offer product samples at this time. However, you can order products for personal use with your wholesale discount to familiarize yourself with them before deciding which ones to carry in your store or practice.
Is there a required frequency for ordering? No, we do not have any mandatory ordering requirements. You can order products whenever you need them.
Are products sealed/can they be? Yes, we can certainly accommodate requests to have products sealed. Once you place your order, please reach out to us via Live Chat or email, and we will be happy to assist you.
How do I know which products are best for my clients? What should I carry? We understand that every business is unique, and we are happy to provide personalized recommendations based on your specific needs. Please feel free to reach out to us via email, and we will be happy to assist you.
Are your products certified organic? While our products are not yet certified organic, we use only the highest quality, natural ingredients, many of which are certified organic. We are actively seeking organic and non-GMO certification, which we expect to obtain later this year.
How do I sign up for Earthley’s wholesale program? To sign up for our wholesale program, simply fill out the form on our website and agree to our terms and conditions. Once your application is approved, you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to log in to our wholesale portal and start ordering products.
What is your return policy? If there is an issue with a product (via customer)? If I don’t sell them? We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all of our products. If a customer has an issue with a product, we will cover 60% of what they paid, and the wholesaler is responsible for the remaining 40%. If you are unable to sell a product, please reach out to us directly to discuss options.
Do you offer custom packaging or custom formulas? Yes, we offer custom packaging through our white-labeling program (minimums apply). We are open to custom formulas, but large minimums would apply. Please contact [email protected] directly to discuss custom options.
What volumes can you offer? Is there a minimum MOQ? How long is the turn-around time
on orders? We do not have any minimum order quantities except for custom orders. Smaller orders are usually processed within 1-2 weeks, while larger orders (200+ units) may take 2-4 weeks. For very large orders or custom-made items (1000+ bottles), it may take 2-4 months. Please contact [email protected] directly for more information.
Can I tour your facility/see how the products are made? Yes, we would be happy to arrange a tour of our facility. Please email [email protected] or speak with a representative via Live Chat to set up a tour.
Can I sell at a store or event? Yes, you are welcome to sell our products at your store, at events, and on your website. However, we do not permit reselling on Amazon, as we have an exclusive contract with another company to ensure our products are not adulterated in any way.
Do you have a suggested retail price or pricing policy that we should adhere to? We suggest pricing our products at the recommended retail price (MSRP). However, you may adjust the price based on factors such as local market conditions, shipping costs, marketing expenses, and other related costs.
