Organic Green Rooibos
Aspalathus linearis
Green Rooibos is a tea plant whose leaves are harvested once a year. Rooibos comes in two main varieties, Green and Red. Red is Fermented and has a red color from the fermentation and Green is not fermented. Green Rooibos is commonly found dried and used in teas. The benefits of this tea include being an anti-inflammatory, high in antioxidants, may help regulate blood sugar levels, and may help promote a restful sleep. The anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties may help support respiratory health and overall wellness.

Organic Ginger Root

How to Use
Steep 1 tablespoon of the dry tea mix in 1 cup of boiling water for 10 - 15 minutes.
