How to Use
Take up to 4 times a day:
Alcohol (formerly called Original):
- Ages 1 - 6: 5 - 10 drops
- Ages 7 - 12: 10 - 20 drops
- Ages 13+: 20 drops
Alcohol-Free (formerly called Kids):
- 6 mo - 2 years: 1 - 2 drops
- 3 - 6 years: 5-10 drops
- 7 - 12 years: 10-20 drops
- 13+: 20 drops
Take orally, and it can be added to tea, juice, smoothie, applesauce, or other beverage/snack if that is preferred.

We have updated our names to better reflect their use. The "original" formula is now the "Alcohol" version. The "kids" formula is now the "alcohol-free" version. When we named it "kids" before, it was only to show that it had a sweeter taste, so it was easier for kids to enjoy. It has always been just as helpful for adults, though! Now, the gentler taste and usefulness for all is shown with "Alcohol-free."
