Usage
Dilute to 0.5 – 2% for topical use (we suggest a neutral, skin-safe oil like jojoba, apricot, or cucumber seed oil), or add 2 – 4 drops to a diffuser.

We don’t recommend ingestion or internal use except under the care of a qualified aromatherapist. Our blends were designed for external use.
