Shelf Life: 1 year. For ages 6+. Safe while pregnant. Caution while nursing (do not use around nursing babies; it is safe for mama and will not affect milk supply, but baby should not breathe cardamom EO under 6 months).

Q: What brand are your oils?
A: We don’t use a “brand” of oils. Brands are marketed direct to consumers, while wholesale suppliers serve businesses. It’s much more cost-effective for us to go direct to big suppliers than retail brands.
Q: Are your oils therapeutic-grade or CPTG?
A: Both of these terms were invented by other oil brands, and don’t have a standard, third-party definition. We don’t use these terms to describe our oils because they aren’t meaningful outside the brands that created them.
Q: Where are your plants sourced from?
A: We don’t distill the oils ourselves. The plants are sourced from all over the world, depending on which region they grow best in.
Q: How are the oils tested?
A: The oils undergo GC/MS tests, as well as tests for microbes and heavy metals, to ensure they are pure and safe. These tests are done by third-party labs. Test results will be available on the individual product listings.
Q: Is this blend kid safe? How do you define kid safe?
A: This oil blend is safe for kids ages 6 months and up. While it is also breastfeeding safe, we recommend mom use it away from her chest as cardamom essential oil is not safe for babies to inhale.
Q: Is this pregnancy and breastfeeding safe?
A: Yes, we recommend mom use it away from her chest and in areas where baby will not be in close contact, as cardamom essential oil is not safe for babies to inhale.

I love the smell, and what does get rolled onto my skin works well. The only problem is the cheap plastic roller, which doesn’t roll freely while applying. Knocked a star off because of difficulty applying. I will be swapping out to a metal roller that I have on hand.

My husband and I LOVE this little thing! We both struggle with neck pain and tension headaches, but this tension roller helps so much! About 3 weeks ago, I woke up with terrible neck pain and an awful headache as well because of it. When I got to work, I took the tension roller out and rolled it on the back of my neck where the pain was stemming from (I applied a bit of pressure as I did so to massage it for a few seconds), rolled a bit on my temples, and my forehead. About 20 minutes later I was sitting at my computer and I realized my pain had practically vanished! This is AMAZING for me, as nothing else has really been able to knock out my neck pain and tension headaches this well. My husband has also said this has drastically reduced his pain when he has tension headaches as well. Lastly – it smells so good!! I’m super sensitive to smell, especially when I have headaches, but this has the perfect scent. Soft and calming, not too strong. We will definitely have this on hand at all times! (:
