A: While these are safe to take daily, Feel Better Fast is best used at the first signs of illness to help support your body. Cough-B-Gone is gentle enough to take daily. Elderberry Elixir is intended for daily use.

Q: Plants don't seem 'strong enough' to replace the remedies I'm used to. Does this really work?
