Usage
Take 2 – 4 capsules per day. If you are sensitive to fish taste/smell, take with food.
Take a 1/2 teaspoon to 1 teaspoon each day as needed of powder.

FAQs
Q: Oysters are bottom feeders, how are they safe to consume?
A: Some people choose not to consume oysters because of their position on the ocean or religious beliefs, and that’s fine. We third party test our oysters to ensure that they do not contain unsafe levels of heavy metals. They are very nutrient-rich and make an excellent supplement!
Q: I have a shellfish allergy. Can I take this?
A: No. If you have a shellfish allergy, we recommend trying other supplements instead, like Nourish Me Naturally.
Q: How many should I take?
A: We recommend starting with 2 per day and adjusting from there. Some people take 4 – 6. It all depends on your personal needs. You can’t “overdose” on these, although you may notice your energy levels getting too high (and may have trouble unwinding/falling asleep at night) if you take too much for your needs. If you experience this, decrease the dose.
Q: Are the capsules and powder the same amount of oyster powder?
A: No, the powder option is roughly double the amount of powder found in the capsules.

very anxious to see how much of a change i notice from taking these! i took my first dose today and i will say that i HATE swallowing pills, but i was able to get these down. they smell and taste kind of fishy which i think is to be expected. but, they didn’t cause me to burp up the taste after which is great! i plan to try opening the capsules up and mixing them into my smoothie. this is great for a gal like me who hates seafood but wants the good health benefits!

I’ve been eyeing these for a while now and once the capsules came back I immediately ordered. I wanted to try these for assistance with hormone balance as that is my biggest struggle with my health. I should have ordered two bottles initially because I could tell the difference from taking them to when I ran out and had to order another. I typically take 2 a day but during the time of my period I upped it to 4. I struggle with very heavy periods and I usually get sick when I’m on my period. I noticed upping the dose to 4 during that week helped me so much with my energy levels. I honestly felt much better this cycle even with the heavy bleeding. I am hoping that in the next few months as I am taking other products from Earthley as well for my periods, that I’ll start to notice more manageable periods. I did not notice a huge change in my libido. I did notice a slight uptick, but not what I was hoping for. You guys. I love this product, but the loose powder is FOUL. I bought it because they have been out of the capsules, and I tried mixing it with my protein. Nope. I read another review that said mix it in a shot with juice and got that idea but instead of juice used electrolyte water (a flavored salt packet and water) and also used it to chase. Not bad. I can tolerate that until the capsules come back. Please hurry.

Figured a way to take the powder! First, love the capsules! But, I take 4 or 5 day. With 60 in a bottle, gets pricey. So, tried the powder. So easy to take. And so quick, no aftertaste. First, get a shot glass. Use lemonade or grape juice. Add the oyster powder. I also add the greens and the superfoods powder. Quick mix. Doesn’t really dissolve. Just drink the shot. No problems at all!

Absolutely love what this has done for my libido, but PLEASE bring the capsules back. The powder is so, so hard to drink — the flavor is extremely strong. The only way I can get it down is rolling it up in a bit of a fruit roll-up and swallowing it like a giant pill. It works, but it’s a pain to do that every morning!

A little disappointed at first that I couldn’t get the capsules but only the powder. At first it was really hard to stomach. I ended up purchasing my own capsules to put the powder in. But that was so tedious to do that I stopped. I end up putting it in a tiny bit of orange juice and just down it real fast. There is a shocking taste immediately afterwards, but it goes away quickly and I have grown to not be too bothered by it.
This really seems to help so the taste is worth it! Since my last baby 3 years ago, I have been dealing with anxiety, brain fog, very low energy, etc. Doctors have been no help so have been looking for natural help.
