Usage
Apply under your arms in the mornings. Avoid using directly after shaving as the magnesium could cause irritation or burning. Do not use on broken skin.

Note: Lemon-Mint has peppermint EO in it, which could potentially lower milk supply in nursing women. Pumpkin Spice (seasonal) is not recommended during pregnancy.

FAQs
Q: I am experiencing a burning sensation? Is something wrong?
A: Magnesium can cause irritation on freshly shaved skin, so we recommend waiting for a bit before applying.
Q: Will this stain my clothes? If so, how do I get it out?
A: The French Green Clay can stain your clothes. This can be minimized by not applying too much (use fingers to apply!) and letting it dry for a bit before getting dressed. If you do get stains, we recommend applying baking soda to the stain (leave the stain dry) and letting it sit 24 hours before washing.
Q: Why do I still smell after switching to natural deodorant?
A: Having body odor is a sign that your body needs a detox or is detoxing. We have found that the best thing to do to help you switch to our natural deodorant is using our Detoxifying Pit Mask to help the process along. While this deodorant does support detox, sometimes we need extra support and our Detoxifying Pit Mask is a great product for that!
Q: What is the difference between Mineral Deodorant and Mineral Deodorant Plus? Which one should I choose?
A: The only difference is the use of French Green Clay in our Plus version. This gives it a more detoxifying edge for those that really struggle with body odor and need more help.
Q: Is Lemon-Mint safe to use while breastfeeding? Why is there a warning on it?
A: Lemon-Mint is safe to use while breastfeeding. We put a warning on it because some women are more sensitive to the mint family and may not want to use it while breastfeeding. If you decide to use it and notice a change in your milk supply, we recommend choosing another scent to use while breastfeeding.
Q: Why is the deodorant only for ages 8+?
A: Most of our deodorants contain essential oils. Essential oils are very strong and potent and should not be used on children under 8 years of age in most cases. The Unscented formula is safe for all ages.

Let me start by saying I have extreme hyperhidrosis, so I sweat extremely too much. I never expect anything to stop the sweat completely, but there’s always a hope. I’m pretty sure this made me sweat more, but I also think my armpits may have been detoxing.
My husband used this and didn’t seem to have a problem (he’s a normal sweater). We got the ginger-lime, which smells amazing. I overall think it would work for someone who doesn’t excessively sweat.

It’s ok. I’ve been wearing natural deodorant for years but recently started reacting to baking soda. I wanted to try this since it was baking soda free. It works when I’m not very active, or on cold days. As soon as I workout or am gardening in the heat though, I notice I start to stink. It isn’t an awful stink like I have zero deodorant on, but it’s still there. I wish the plus version had more scents as well. The original version has some floral scents that I was interested in trying, but the plus version didn’t come in those scents. On the bright side I didn’t notice staining to my clothes, but I do let it dry for about 10 minutes beforehand. If you let it dry, it won’t stain.

Anytime I get my natural-skeptic husband to ditch store-bought products that are familiar to him, that’s always a win for me! I bought this deodorant for him first (because he ran out of his first), and he likes it quite a bit and started using mine when he ran out (once I had gotten myself one) until I could get him a new one, haha.
For me, after a long/active day, my sweat combined with the deodorant starts to create an odd scent – not necessarily bad, but quite strong and just, odd. I haven’t done the pit detox, so that may be something I look into, or maybe a different scent. I’m also working on balancing my hormones currently, so that may be a factor as well. This deodorant is amazing!! I’ve had issues with my armpits not smelling great for as long as I can remember. It got worse after having babies. I’ve tried everything and have been on a journey to clean out my products. I found earthley and decided to give it a try. After going through one stick, I am noticeably WAY less smelly!!! I’m SO excited and my husband is pleased. Whereas before I think I was just covering the problem, now my problem is fixed. I haven’t even put on deodorant today and I don’t stink!! definitely give this a try!! I honestly wasn’t a huge fan of the ginger lime scent but I would absolutely buy it again if there were no other scent options!

I am loving this deodorant! Yes – loving! I purchased the Pumpkin Spice scent for myself and the Rustic scent for my hubby. I read some of the reviews here and agree the formula is slightly “wet” feeling but of is f a bad thing. It feels slick and cool going on the skin and dries quickly. I don’t notice any stickiness that I’ve felt with other natural deodorant… I am 4 months postpartum and feel that I sweat and stink more than I used to but this product has really surprised me with how great it smells even after a long day chasing around babies and even sweaty walks outside. The pumpkin spice smell is just so good! I am constantly smelling myself these days – in a good way!
The rustic smell is exactly that – a perfect earthy vibe great for a guy, even though I’ve tried it on myself and enjoyed the smell just as much as the Pumpkin spice.
