The cold months of winter are often the same months that we consume soup more often, as well as getting sick more often. That’s why we thought it would be a great idea to offer a soup base that supports your immune system and tastes delicious!

Our Immunity Soup is made with six herbs and 1 mushroom, all of which support your immune system, gut health, and are anti-inflammatory! Shiitake mushrooms are amazing at supporting your immune health, cognitive function, and gut health. Turmeric is rich in antioxidants, supports your inflammatory response, and supports gut health and immunity. Astragalus is an adaptogenic herb that helps support a healthy stress response and your immune system. (If your cortisol is high, your immune system is weakened, and adaptogens help reduce cortisol!) Echinacea is a gentle, yet powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory herb that supports your immune system. Black Pepper helps your body absorb nutrients and promotes gut health. Garlic, which has been used for years in many immune supporting supplements, promotes gut and immune health, and provides a rich flavor to the broth.

The ingredients are dried, so you only need to add them to boiling water, simmer, strain, and add the broth to your soup, stock, stew, or any meal you like! Support your immune system by eating soup made with our Immunity Soup!

Q: Can I eat the ingredients once they are cooked?

A: Yes, but some ingredients may not be the best texture (like whole black peppercorns or chunks of turmeric).  But you CAN.  Many people pick out and keep the mushrooms.

Q: Can they be added directly to a soup or do I need to make a broth with them first?

A: Yes, you can, but you may not want all the ingredients in your finished soup.  If you want to do that, it’s better to wrap this in cheesecloth and let it float in the soup and remove at the end.

Q: Can I drink the broth by itself? Will it taste good?

A: Yes and Yes!

  1. Serena

This adds a great flavor to broth based soups. I’ve also drank it straight (like a tea) when sick. Just don’t forget to strain it! One bag lasts for a long time too!

  2. Emily Adams (verified owner)

I have enjoyed using this as a base for several different soups. It’s not super strong but has a nice earthy flavor that it gives to whatever you’re making. I used it for my own chicken noodle soup and for lentil soup as well. Love the ingredients.

  3. Cassie J. (verified owner)

Good flavor when added to soup/stew. I haven’t tried it on its own. I’d follow the instructions and strain out the herbs. We didn’t the first time we used it in a stew. I didn’t enjoy biting into the chunks of spices.

I work as a nurse in the hospital and work with a lot of sickness. The immunity soup is a must to help support my immune system. The mix helps support the immune system and the flavor of any soup!! I love it!!

  5. Carmela

I received this as a gift from a friend and it was good plus your body will thank you! Will definitely buy this especially now it is flu season. I love adding this to my veggie soups or just add to hot water and enjoy!

  6. Rachel Lefever (verified owner)

This soup blend is delicious when added to my broths. I got it just before our whole family got sick and used it in several batches of bone broth I made. I love that it includes herbs that I would not typically use, but it is a great way to add in our diet. Simply delicious!

  7. Jacquelyn (verified owner)

This makes absolutely delicious broth, and I’m not one to cook with mushrooms lol. It’s so good that we often sip it plain, but we have also added it to soups with excellent results. I feel so good serving this to my family, especially when we’re fighting illness.

  8. Susanna Horstman (verified owner)

I don’t even like mushrooms! Haha, but I used this as inspiration to make a healthy cream of mushroom soup for Thanksgiving green bean casserole and my husband loved it! I’ve also used that recipe for a beef stroganoff sauce too! I love having something simple I can just throw in soups too for a healthy boost!

  9. Sarah (verified owner)

All of my family was sick this past week. So I decided to make my homemade chicken soup with this immune boosting broth and let me tell you!! The herbal flavor that you get from this is amazing! You can feel it warm your stomach and having the peace of mind that what you are eating is not full of sodium or preservatives and has so many health benefits! Yes please!! I, 100% recommend for any soups, chowders or stews in your future!

  10. Amber (verified owner)

Amazing! We love adding this to our favorite soups! It gives any soup so much flavor. We use it anytime we make soup but especially when someone is not feeling well.

  11. Lauren S. (verified owner)

With 4 small kids and another on the way, I love the ease and versatility of this soup mix! I was having tummy troubles just the other day, and it was easy to make a quick mug-full to sip on at lunch. My family loves it as a base for organic Ramen, too!

  12. Angela Muse (verified owner)

I love this blend. I use it alone and I also like to throw it into my crock pot with stews and roasts. It’s so yummy! I love knowing I can do good things for myself and my family with this blend.

  13. Shelby Lucas (verified owner)

I have tried this both in a mug to sip and added to chicken noodle soup. For the mug, I made it like a tea. It had a great flavor, and it was very simple and easy to make, which is a big bonus when I am sick and too tired to care about nutrition.

When I added it to my soup, I forgot to strain it. I did not like the texture or biting into peppercorns, but the flavor otherwise was wonderful. My husband really liked it. He prefers my soup with the Immunity blend than without it.

I am very happy with this product and plan to keep it in stock!

  14. Hannah Waldemar (verified owner)

So, I was surprised by this. I did expect a taste kind of like bone broth (not reasonable at all considering the herbs, I just wasn’t thinking it through). The flavors in it are very unique if you drink it on it’s own, but I put it in soup/stew weekly and absolutely LOVE it. It adds depth without being overwhelming. Overall, very pleased. I’ve found this very helpful in supporting my immune system.

  15. Stacy Minert

I added this to my simmering bone broth and not only did it add all the immunity benefits, it also adding some amazing flavor! I’ve also added it to water when making rice as a side for dinner and the kids just love it! The soup blend is awesome!

  16. Alyssa Anastasia

This is a must have in our house. Even my picky eaters love when I add this to our homemade chicken soup! It adds a great blend of flavor and texture without overpowering anything I usually add. It’s extremely helpful when colds hit our house since this contains so many nutritional aspects and the only thing my kids will eat is soup.

  17. Cristin

I loved this soup blend! I was pleasantly surprised as I don’t typically like mushrooms but I added it to my homemade chicken and rice soup and it gave it just a bit more flavor, texture, and a great immune boost when we were all sick!

  18. Lauren Martindale

Loved this soup! I added this to my chicken noodle soup and tasted so good. The whole family loved it.

  19. Corrie

I have used this blend a couple of times, once ground up as extra seasoning in a meatball recipe and once in my homemade chicken bone broth. Both were excellent.

  20. Laura Thomas

This soup is amazing! It was fantastic simmered in bone broth for extra health benefits and deliciousness. Wether you are sipping a cup of broth or eating a bowl of soup, you NEED to try adding this blend. Well done Earthley, well done!
