Description

If you’re looking for the best multi-purpose powder for your baby, you probably know about all the options available: talc, cornstarch, and clay-based. However, many of these baby powders have steep downsides, some even causing yeast rashes. Avoid all of those side-effects with our Herbal Baby Powder!

We formulate our powder with three powerful herbs that have skin-soothing, anti-bacterial, and anti-fungal properties. Calendula Powder – a natural anti-inflammatory! This helps soothe irritated skin, and can help speed up the repairing process of any unwanted sore spots. Rosemary Powder is an excellent anti-fungal, making it an optimal ingredient to handle yeast rashes. Lavender Powder is ultra-soothing, and promotes wound repair of all kinds.

We made the powder for babies, but it can do so much more. Put it in your shoes, on your hair, in your bed, even use it as a finishing powder for make-up! A little goes a long way, so one bottle will last quite awhile!

Benefits:

  • Promotes wound repair

FAQs

Q: Can this be used on a newborn’s umbilical cord?

A: Yes! Our baby powder was designed with cord care in mind.

Q: Is this cloth diaper safe?

A: Yes!

Q: Why is it so gritty in texture? Will this hurt my baby?

A: Our Herbal Baby Powder is made from herb powders, not clays or anything super fine, so it won’t have the same texture as normal baby powder. This will not hurt your baby.

Q: It is difficult to wipe it off during diaper changes. What do you recommend?

A: Our baby powder does not need to be wiped off completely during diaper changes.

Q: Can I grind it into a finer texture?

A: You can, but because it’s made from plants, it may not have a fine texture even if you get it into smaller particles.

This stuff works wonders. We used it on our newborn who had a diaper rash and it went away so quickly!

  2. Kelly

Absolutely love this! Helps keep those baby rolls dry and reduces the redness in a few hours for us.

  3. Maya Getz (verified owner)

Ordered this for my daughter’s diaper rash not knowing exactly what the texture was and wasn’t a fan of the powder. It could be better if ground up more.

Just Used For The First Time To Wax My Underarms Although The Texture Is A Little Different From Normal Powder It’s Still Works Great & When It Came Time To Pull I Swear I Didn’t Feel It. Will Definitely Be Ordering Again

This powder plus the diaper balm worked miracles on my toddlers rash! His diaper rash turned into a mild yeast rash. Store bought products didn’t help and I wanted to give this and the diaper balm a go before using medication. This. Worked. Wonders.

A rash that had been around for 3 weeks was gone in 2 DAYS after using these religiously! Cured the mild yeast rash completely, with just herbs and a balm. No anti fungal creams needed (though they have their place) I am SO glad these worked so well, as our next step was going to be a pediatrician trip. He’s been better for over a week now, and I still use the powder lightly to keep him dry and yeast away.

Will be buying these to have on hand! I ordered just before the weekend, and by that Monday it already arrived!

I LOVE this powder, well, ground up herbs. The texture is a lot different than normal powder, but when it comes to absorbing some moisture it does the job, and does it gently. We cloth diaper and this is safe for those as well. If you get past the texture, it really is a great product and works for a multitude of things!

I love this powder! This was given to me so I was a bit surprised when I first sprinkled it on my baby but I must say, it is the most effective baby powder I’ve found. I can use it once, when needed, and it clears up irritated skin by the next diaper change. It is not as fine as a talc based powder but by no means would I describe it as sand. I highly recommend this baby powder.

  8. Kim

This texture is all wrong. It looked and felt like sprinkling sand onto my baby. It was so coarse and didn’t seem very absorbent. Also, it lingered for a long time; it was hard to wipe off without a lot of wiping (which defeats the point of avoiding diaper rash), and we just kept finding it in every crevice (again, like sand).

I do not recommend. There are way better natural products out there with way better texture.

I am WAY past bearing babies & ordered this for the severe sores I get under my sweating breasts in the summer. Was expecting it to be more finely ground & it would just roll down my stomach so I mixed it with corn starch I applied it w/a cotton ball. It really helped keep me dry & I noticed it healed up much faster, especially when I wasn’t so busy on the farm being outside for hours & sweating so badly.

This is a very poor example of an Earthly product. It is grainy and falls right off the skin making a horrible mess. Being the brown color that it is means you don’t want to put it anyplace that can be seen. Would never use on a baby or on an adult.

  11. Erica g (verified owner)

I don’t use this on a regular basis. The only time I use baby powder is after the beach. It works wonders to get sand off of babies so I love that I can use this product and not feel guilty about what I’m putting on my baby

  12. Sarah Turman (verified owner)

Really like this organic baby powder…we use it almost daily and also used it a lot right after birth to heal up his cord stump. Worked great and helps to prevent diaper rash for our little one.

  13. Tiarah Baker (verified owner)

Love the herbs used + their healing properties, however this is equal to (if not worse than) trying to wipe SAND out of your baby’s diaper area. Which then causes more irritation because you’re trying to wipe “sand” off of them 🙁 this really needs to be ground up much finer. I wanted to love it and tried it multiple times, however the inconvenience of needing to rinse them off in the bath just to get the grain off had me deciding to never use it again.

  14. Wendy Lemacks (verified owner)

Absolutely LOVE this powder! Works so well and doesn’t harm our cloth diapers.

Wonderful, calming, mild smell! Not strong smelling, which is nice. 1 bottle lasts awhile.
