Usage
For fertility: Take 10 drops, 1 – 3x per day. If taken at conception, continue taking in early pregnancy. Taper off slowly, completely stopping by mid-pregnancy.

My second cycle taking this tincture and I just got a positive test after almost a year of trying! I knew I had some hormone issues to work on and had been taking a similar tincture from another brand for about 5-6 months but felt the need to try something new. I was having up to 4 days of spotting mid cycle before starting this, and this cycle the spotting was basically nonexistent.
I 100% believe this tincture is what allowed me to conceive this cycle.
I’m currently still breastfeeding my toddler, and it’s hard to tell whether taking this lowered my milk supply. I night weaned right around the same time I began taking it, so my supply has changed a bit anyway. Since my son is almost 2, I’m totally okay with a drop in supply, and I’m still making plenty for the time being.

Be cautious, this completely suppressed my ovulation!! Now we are out a whole month to try… people dealing with years of infertility know how frustrating it is to lose a month. This is such a disappointment. I have no idea how there’s so many good reviews. Maybe this isn’t for me because i have perfectly normal cycles, but there should be a warning not to take it if that’s the case. So frustrating!
