I’ve tried many skin care items and love them all. Except this one. The packaging is frustrating and, honestly, it’s difficult to objectively review the product because usually only the oil comes out of the tube. My suggestion…buy the exfoliating cream instead. It comes in a glass jar (so no fighting with the tube) and works brilliantly!

I like this product. I am 31 yrs old and usually have very oily, acne-prone, red skin. I’ve noticed my redness deminish since starting to use this a couple months ago and it has not increased the oiliness of my skin at all. It definitely gets my skin clean and I am having less breakouts. As others have said, it is very hard to get the product out of the container once you get to the last 1/4-1/6 of the tube. I will probably cut it open and put it in something else soon.

Welp, I wish I could give this 5 stars, as the product itself is lovely, but as others have mentioned, not only is the container plastic, 🙁 , but it’s IMPOSSIBLE to get the cleanser out without using both hands and essentially squeezing the tiniest amount at a time out onto your leg, then scooping it off to use on your face. So annoying to use. Honestly, probably wouldn’t buy again simply because it’s unnecessarily frustrating to use every.single.time. Also really disappointing that earthley hasn’t listened to the feedback and moved it to a better container after all this time.

I was very skeptical to switch my face wash after using the same one for many, many years. I have been in the process of going clean and vegan and decided I needed to find a good facial cleanser…holy cow…this is it! I use the exfoliating cleanser, the toner and the moisturizer…I am so glad I made the switch, my skin has never felt more soft or more clean! My one and ONLY complaint is the packaging.. it is extremely difficult to squeeze the product out of the tube, please update this!!

I LOVE this product. It’s a gentle exfoliating product that helps my skin to look fresh and healthy. It gets 5 stars. But I don’t love the packaging. It is very difficult to squeeze the product out of that tiny little hole. The packaging creates such frustration that I cannot in good conscience give this a full 5 star rating. Hopefully, one day the packaging will be improved upon.

I have to agree – LOVE the product, not a huge fan of the tube or rather, the lid. It hurts my wrist to try to push some out. The seam at the top of the tube actually busted because it takes so much pressure to get it out. It actually works better now lol – I just push some out of the top seam instead of the lid and re-seal it closed for next use. But yes, love the cleanser and the exfoliation! It has a nice light citrusy scent also.

This is one of the only Earthley products I haven’t 100 percent loved. As others have said you have to have some serious grip strength to get it out, but that could be fixed either diy or a package change. Onto the product itself. It could just be me, but it leaves my skin feeling kind of sticky, it doesn’t rinse off totally. My skin doesn’t really feel clean after it. So it ends up I’m using it like once a week only, and I also use it as like a body scrub which is fine, but not what I was trying to buy.

It does not matter that I have to cut the bottom off and set it down on the cap/lid side. I use a little scooper to get out the exfoliant. This product is that good!

I love this exfoliator so much! It is gentle on my face but gives me a good deep clean. Sometimes I use it with my spin brush for an extra deep clean. I have oily acne prone skin and this did not make me break out. The only thing I don’t like is that it is really hard to squeeze out! I end up just unscrewing the lid because that opening is larger and it works a little better.

I absolutely LOVE this cleanser. I have the most sensitive face and have only ever used one other clean face wash from an MLM company that would irritate my face. I was really nervous to try this cleanser but because of how much I love Earthley, I went for it. It is the FIRST cleanser to not break my face out or irritate it when I use it!! I’ve used it for a couple of weeks now and no irritation. I pair this with the moisturize me (dry) and I am soooo happy with my skin routine now. I do agree about the bottle being a little annoying but honestly I don’t care because the product is amazing.

The small opening doesn’t bother me. Just give it a good squeeze and enough will come out. I love the smell and I’ve seen improvements on my face versus using bar soap. What I must say though is that if you keep the bottle sitting on it’s head, the oil will always be the first to squeeze out. So either sit it on its bottom, if you can, or lay it down.

Like other reviews have mentioned, the packaging is not the best. The product is extremely hard to squeeze out, so I bought a little mason jar and just cut it open and poured it inside of that instead. The product itself is amazing! I love how clean my skin feels every day from using this. It leaves my skin soft and the smell is great!
