I have been enjoying this cleanser for a while now but I have eczema on my hands and squeezing the life out of the tube hurts. Since I keep it in my shower and use it then, I always forget to cut off the top and put it in something else until I’m already in the shower. I don’t need to make another repetitive review about the packaging. The packaging really is terrible, no one here is exaggerating that. HOWEVER, this face wash could be delivered to me inside a chunk of rock and I would pick it away just to get the face wash out from inside. It’s my absolute favorite face wash now. All I did was just dump it all out into a Tupperware bowl to use it. I was so sick of battling the tube. I’d love for earthley to change the packaging but I don’t mind transferring it. It just wouldn’t be ideal to use if I were to travel.

I love this cleanser. However; the tube it comes in isn’t suitable for the cleanser. The cleanser gets stuck in the bottle, I’ve even cut the hole open bigger to see if that helps and it doesn’t. I’m going to need to transfer it to a different container. PLEASE change the packaging this comes in! I love this stuff, but the tube is impossible to use. I give the product itself 5 stars, the tube is 0 stars.

First, I will agree that the packaging needs work, but I have confidence that Earthley will correct the issue with the tube opening. I just stuck a pair of scissors in there & twisted them a bit to enlarge the opening. As far as the cleanser, I love this stuff. It has a light orange scent & the exfoliating is gentle. It feels mildly moisturizing & not drying at all. I have pretty good skin. I usually oil cleanse & still do several times a week, but that’s a more involved process that doesn’t have an exfoliating step involved. I love that this product shaves a bit of time off my shower. My 13 YO son started using it without telling me. I suddenly noticed 1 day that his acne looked remarkably better, like 75% better. He told me he switched over to this cleanser. he already uses some Earthley products, but this is the one that made a major difference for him. We’re both so pleased. Thank you, Earthley!

New favorite part of my shower routine! This stuff almost smells too good to be truly natural! It exfoliates well without being too harsh on the skin. My face feels AMAZING after I use it, nice & tight without being dry. I’ve always had issues in the past with my face getting greasy between washes. That doesn’t happen at all with this product! My only gripe is that, like some others have mentioned, it can be a little hard to squeeze the product out of the tube. Won’t stop me from purchasing it again though!!

5 stars for the product! 1 for the packaging. The “scrubbies” in the face cleanser get stuck in the tube and make it really hard to squeeze out! Like really hard!!! Sometimes it took both hands and was still difficult! In a different tube with a wider opening it would be absolutely amazing! I love the cleanser itself!

Here’s the thing. 5 stars for product, 1 star for packaging, I guess I’m giving it 3 stars. The product itself is great – it suds up well, and the scrubbies/gritties are a perfect size and not too harsh at all. That being said – the tube it comes in makes it completely impossible to get any product out without feeling like I’m going to pull a muscle in my hand and arm by squeezing so hard. I’ve tried all sorts of things to get it out easier; none work. So maybe if you’re willing to cut off the top and put it in a different container, it would be worth 5 stars. It’s a great daily cleanser, but the packaging makes it impossible to use.
