I occasionally get really intense cramping at the start of my cycle, this has been amazing for relieving those pains. It has eliminated my need for OTC menstrual pain relief! The only thing I was not a fan of was the flavor, but a chaser of water took care of that.

Use this for all the aches. It’s not just for us ladies it works well on our hubby’s too. If you have any spaz pain or discomfort it will work and it works fast! I have a bottle of this at my work and the ladies love it! But we also use it for and aches and pains like heartburn, belly pain, muscle pain. You name it it pretty much works on all the pain and EASE’S THE ACHE!

I started taking this once my postpartum cycle returned. I used to have awful cramps pre pregnancy, and now they are more controlled. I wish that I had Ease The Ache postpartum, because I feel it would have helped tremendously. The one downside is it’s not safe for pregnancy, so since beginning TTC, I can’t take 3 days before my expected cycle anymore. Nonetheless, it still works quickly and well!

My periods were unbearable, but this helps smooth everything out, from the moods, to the cramps, to the amount of bleeding, and even shortening my cycle. It’s the best help I’ve found, and i always have it on hand.

I bought this originally because someone recommended it as a good alternative to OTCs for after-birth pains, so I decided to use it for my 3rd birth. Let me tell you, this worked better and faster than any OTCs I took with my first 2 births. And I never had to worry about anything I didn’t want getting into my breastmilk. I’ve been using it for my cramps lately and it’s also amazing for that. Cramps and bloating GONE!! So amazing!!

This didn’t do too much for my severe menstrual cramps and back pain. Maybe I didn’t take it enough or often enough? I will try it again in the future.

Used this immediately after giving birth in place of ibuprofen to ease postpartum contractions and cramps. It was amazing. Started working almost immediately. I will definitely be trying it out on my period cramps the next time Aunt Flo decides to pay me a visit.
