I definitely notice a difference if I forget a month. It significantly reduces my lethargy and achy bleh feeling. I don’t have major monthly issues by any means, but this is worth the money even so.

I was skeptical, but I gave it a try. I cannot believe that one dose of this takes the pain away… occasionally 2. I always have to take Advil on the first day. Not anymore! I am so happy I have found this and to not have to be taking Advil every month.

We have 2 daughters: one who deals valiantly with incredible cramping and bloating during her cycle. This helps with both issues, and we are thankful. This product coupled with movement like trampoline time or other gentle exercise really makes her feel a lot better than she has in the past. Our other daughter has used this tincture too and for less severe symptoms gives it a rave review. Thanks so much!

I got the biggest bottle of this that I could, and after using it for a few cycles, I’ve ordered another big bottle to have on hand. My cramps have decreased noticeably, and my period is a day shorter, and I have more energy overall during a time of the month that I am normally down and out! It’s quite strong in flavor, but I can’t complain. This one is a life-saver!

Used for the first time last cycle and when the cramps started, my sister let me try this and it helped fairly fast. Cramps got weaker and went away. I didn’t feel bloated as usual, but flow was still heavy. Only 2nd ppp so expected.

The promise of no menstral cramps sounded too good to be true. Being already pregnant, I thought of the future awful, dreadful post birth cramps that awaited me. I checked with Customer Service and YES! I could use it then, too! The post birth pain and subsequent cramping from breast feeding was nil to none! No kidding! So grateful, it saved the day!! Girl, go yourself some!

This came highly recommended to me, but I must admit I was pretty skeptical that it would help my cramps. I’ve tries other natural things before and not really seen any improvement. But I gave it a try, and boy am I glad I did. If I remember to take a dose the day before I am going to start my period, and then another dose as soon as I start, I hardly experience any cramping at all – which is saying a lot. After a few cycles of using it, I got a little complacent and neglected to pull it out last month and got a very painful reminder of how much this stuff really helps. My sister-in-law and I call it Magic Potion!! I recommend it to everyone I know!

I got this in a postpartum package awhile back. With my second my after birth pains were AWFUL compared to my first. I say this did help take the edge off and helped with bleeding but it didn’t taste great to me. I just chased it with some tea lol and we were good to go!
