Usage
Use a clean finger to place a drop on the spot(s) 2-3 times per day or as needed. Do not allow the dropper to come in contact with the sores. Safe for use while pregnant and nursing.

Q: Do I apply this before or after my skin care routine is finished?

Q: Why can’t I touch the dropper to the area?

This is probably my 2nd favorite item. I was blown away with this serum. I was just starting a cold sore, felt the bump on my lip, & grabbed the serum & dabbed it on. It did relieve that irritated feeling when you feel one starting to grow. The next morning I was surprised it hadn’t grown bigger or opened up! I dabbed the serum on again 3 diff. times that day. By day 3, it was pretty much gone, & never fully evolved!!! I was so pleasantly surprised! I will have to see how it helps when I have a full blown one. Something I will not let run out in my medicine chest.

I’ve been using this combined with a daily dose of collagen to combat my coldsores. I was using Valacylovir at the first sign, but I’ve found the combo of a high dose collagen (or a really collagen rich diet) and this oil work just as well if not better than the heavy chemical products I was using. I think adding clove oil would be great for added numbing.

I have had cold sores for 23 years, yes I’m counting =) I have tried high dose of valtrex when I was younger, castor oil, abrevea, rubbing alcohol, ice cubes..list goes on. Nothing worked.
