Description
We’re excited to offer a NEW type of “super food” with our Cocoa Calm. We combine all-natural cocoa powder with three key adaptogens (ashwagandha root, rhodiola root, and eleuthero root). It’s a delicious way to improve your health!
Cacao is considered a “super fruit” because of its extremely high antioxidant, polyphenol, and flavanol content. These constituents are responsible for cacao’s many health benefits!
We’ve specifically chosen “natural” cocoa, not alkalized, because it has 3x as many antioxidants. It’s been shown to reduce inflammation, balance blood sugar, improve heart health, lower blood pressure, and improve immune function. Cocoa powder is also a prebiotic, and promotes gut health! It may also protect and improve brain health, and reduce allergic reactions. Some of these benefits are canceled out when eating chocolate in the form of candy, due to the high sugar content – but this powder, without added sugar, preserves them all!
Ashwagandha is a super food in its own right! It has been shown to reduce anxiety, lower inflammation, and improve resistance to stress. It’s also great for men’s health, improving testosterone levels and increasing strength and muscle mass.
Rhodiola is known for its ability to protect against stress, promote heart health, fight aging, lower inflammation, and may even protect against cancer! It also protects brain health, and aids in learning and memory.
Eleuthero has a long history of use as an adaptogen, especially for athletes. It helps reduce stress and improve recovery time, as well as supporting the immune system. It’s beneficial to help with temporary sleep deprivation as well.

I use this for hot cocoa Following the recipe Found on earthleys instagram page, and it is delicious. My little sister who is super picky even prefers it over regular hot cocoa! I feel so good after drinking it, and I feel even better knowing exactly what’s going in it and how good it is for me!

My Mom has severe head trauma, her anxiety can come and go. This in her cocoa or mocha helps with stress but helps her gut as well! I even use it too. Helps cut stressful situations to a bearable stage.

I add this to coconut milk and a bit of cocoa protein powder for a drink I make for my grandson – he asks for it everyday after school. I like knowing that the adaptogens help him handle stressful moments, and have noticed that on the days that he’s forgotten to eat a snack before playing hard, his “hangry-ness” smooths over much more quickly when his snack is a drink containing the Cocoa Calm. Approved by kindergartners and grandmothers alike!
