Usage
Soak a cloth lightly in oil. Apply to area needed to treat and cover with a heating pad. (Purchase one of our Flax Heating Pads HERE.) Rest for 30 – 60 minutes. Repeat as needed.

Q: Do I need to use a heating pad for the cool formula?
A: You do not need to use any heat with the cool formula, but using a heat source will not negate any benefits of the cool formula.
Q: Can I use this to help my eyelashes grow?
A: Due to the herbal infusions in our castor oils, we do not suggest applying near the eyes.
Q: Can this help my hair grow longer and stronger?
A: Castor oil has been shown to improve hair growth. We suggest using our cool formula for hair growth because it has rosemary in it which is known to help hair growth as well!
Q: Can this be used during pregnancy?
A: This product is safe to use during pregnancy as long as it is applied on areas away from the lower abdomen.
Q: Is this breastfeeding safe?
A: Yes!
Q: Can this be taken internally?
A: We do not advise taking castor oil internally because it can cause gastrointestinal distress.
Q: What is the difference between the two formulas?
A: Both formulas have a base of castor oil, but their herbal infusions are different. The cool formula is infused with rosemary and peppermint leaves. The warm formula is infused with cinnamon and ginger root.

So I love that these have anti-inflammatory herbs in them instead of being just the castor oil. I wish they came in bigger containers. I could use a video of exactly how to do it. I used the warm version and it worked extremely well to help my inflamed gut calm down. I also used it for joint pain and it helped relieve the discomfort temporarily, unlike anything else I had tried. I used the little cloth. It is nice but I would love a bigger version.
