I feel like this works really well. Besides having a nice flavor, I can notice if I have not taken it. I got it to help with my allergies but it has also helped with some of the fibromyalgia aches I deal with. I don’t feel like it has helped with all of my pain but since I started it about a month ago I’ve reduced the OTC stuff I use for fibro pain and haven’t had to take any other allergy meds (I use the sinus saver with it).
