Q: What is the best way to take Anti-Inflammatory?
A: Anti-Inflammatory can be used for daily support or as needed. We recommend 5 drops (for ages 2 – 6 years), 10 drops (for ages 7 – 12), and 20 drops (for ages 13+) per dose. Anti-Inflammatory is taken orally and can be mixed into juice, tea, or another beverage for easier consumption.
Q: Can Anti-Inflammatory be taken with pain medication?
A: We recommend looking up drug interactions independently or discussing drug interactions with a trusted medical professional.
Q: There is sediment at the bottom of my tincture bottle or discoloration of the dropper; what is it?
A: Since our products are made from herbs, sometimes herbal sediment isn’t completely strained. Chances are, if you notice any sediment at the bottom of the bottle or discoloration at the tip of the dropper, it’s from the herbs. As long as the product hasn’t passed the two-year shelf-life and doesn’t smell rancid, it’s still safe to use.

I struggle with swollen ankles due to anemia. Anti-Inflammatory has helped somewhat with that. I also take anti-inflammatory at the onset of a headache. Most of the time, that headache goes away and doesn’t get worse. (If the headache does get worse, it’s because it’s a migraine or due to tension in my body. Anti-inflammatory still helps, but doesn’t completely remove the symptoms.)
