Position: Outreach Lead – Remote – Full-Time 40 hrs/wk
Reports to: Outreach Marketing Manager
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Outreach Lead to take charge of expanding our affiliate program and recruiting holistic practitioners for our wholesale program. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication and networking skills, along with a strategic mindset. The Outreach Lead will play a pivotal role in driving growth by recruiting influencers for our affiliate program and holistic practitioners for our wholesale program.
Execute strategies to recruit influencers and wholesalers to promote our products through our affiliate program and wholesale program.
Search for influencers, clinics, and retail stores to introduce to our affiliate and wholesale programs.
Identify and contact unauthorized Amazon US resellers.
Onboard new influencers and wholesalers to corresponding programs.
Maintain regular contact with influencers and wholesalers to meet their needs and help them place their first orders.
Assist with the execution of attending industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and establish partnerships with potential wholesale partners.
Participate in regular meetings with the Outreach Marketing Manager to discuss sales performance, customer feedback, and any other relevant issues (KPIs).
Attend Quarterly company-wide meetings (virtual).
Maintain regular communication with wholesale partners to gather feedback, address concerns, and foster strong business relationships through individual emails and phone calls.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in wholesale sales.
2+ years of exceptional experience in affiliate marketing or network marketing and recruitment (cold calling/emailing) or a related field.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasive communication abilities.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Experience in Outlook, WooCommerce, and ShipBob is a plus.

We are seeking a proactive and organized Earthologist Lead Assistant to help oversee our affiliate groups and provide essential support to our affiliates. The Earthologist Lead Assistant will play a crucial role in maintaining effective communication, facilitating engagement, and ensuring our affiliates have the necessary resources to succeed. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and responsive to affiliate needs.
Manage Affiliate Groups:
Admin and moderate affiliate groups to ensure a positive and engaging community environment.
Hold Earthologists accountable for policies and guidelines, ensuring adherence.
Review posts and respond to questions in a timely and informative manner.
Monitor discussions to ensure compliance with community guidelines and company values.
Act as a primary point of contact for affiliates’ content-related queries and needs.
Offer guidance and assistance to affiliates in effectively using provided resources.
Identify opportunities to improve affiliate success through content and resources.
2+ years of experience in community moderation is a plus.
Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Familiarity with social media platforms, community management, and online forums.
Strong written communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
Experience in social media platforms, Outlook, Canva, PicMonkey, or Adobe is a plus.
