Growing and Foraging Information
Growing
Tart cherries are a common fruit tree grown all over the United States (zones 4-8). They require a period of cold dormancy, with winter temperatures between 32°F and 45°F. They tend to bear fruit between years 3-5.
Foraging
They are mainly cultivated and don’t often grow in the wild. If you wanted to forage for tart cherries, your best chance would be to find abandoned houses or orchards. Check local laws regarding foraging. And be sure to never trespass.

Reviews:
“I bought this for my mom. She is 56 YO and was having issues with low energy and fatigue. Of course she has other health problems, and she is not familiar with natural tinctures, I didn’t want to push her on taking something she wasn’t agree with. So I convinced her to start with super foods powder on her shakes and around 2 weeks doing it almost everyday, she felt a change in her energy levels. She is happy and want to try other Earthley products.”
“I love this Superfoods powder! I totally notice a difference in my energy levels when I don’t take it. I have tried super food powders in the past that tasted like grass – yuck! THIS Super Food powder tastes so good! I truly miss it when I skip a day!”
