Q: How do I know my gut health needs help?  

A: If you are experiencing frequent stomachaches, bloating, diarrhea, constipation, gas, brain fog, etc. then you likely need some help with gut health.  It is connected to everything in our bodies…so if you suspect a problem, take action!

Q: Will I experience “die off” if I work on my gut health?

A: Hopefully, no.  If you do, you’re moving too fast or using the wrong products.  “Die off” is a sign that your detox pathways are overloaded and need more support.  We support a gentle, natural detox — basically, helping your body to do what it should do on its own.

Q: I’m overwhelmed by all this.  Where do I start?
