Additionally, we will create a compelling social media post that highlights your image, logo and a quote about Earthley Wellness. This post will be shared across our social media channels, ensuring maximum visibility for your endorsement. We will also tag you, further expanding your reach and engagement with our audience.

Why are you interested in endorsing Earthley Wellness?

If your application is approved:
This Endorsement Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Earthley Wellness ("Company"), and ("Endorser"), on the date of approval("Effective Date").
1. Purpose
The purpose of this Agreement is to establish the terms and conditions under which the prospective Endorser agrees to provide an endorsement for the Company's products/services.
2. Endorsement
2.1 The Endorser agrees to provide an endorsement for the Company's products/services as specified in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated by reference once approved.
2.2 The Endorser acknowledges that the endorsement will be used by the Company for promotional purposes, including but not limited to the Company's website, marketing materials, and social media platforms.
3. Compensation
3.1 In consideration of the Endorser's services, the Company agrees to provide compensation to the Endorser as specified in Exhibit B, attached hereto and incorporated by reference.
3.2 The Endorser acknowledges that all compensation received under this Agreement shall be subject to applicable taxes, and the Endorser shall be solely responsible for fulfilling their tax obligations.
4. Ownership and Use
4.1 The Endorser grants the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use their name, likeness, testimonial, and endorsement for promotional purposes as outlined in this Agreement.
4.2 The Endorser represents and warrants that they have the necessary rights and authority to grant such a license and that the endorsement does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
5. Confidentiality
5.1 Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information disclosed during the course of this Agreement.
5.2 The Endorser shall not disclose any proprietary or confidential information about the Company to any third party without the prior written consent of the Company.
6. Term and Termination
6.1 This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and continue until terminated as provided herein.
6.2 Either party may terminate this Agreement upon 7 written notice to the other party.
6.3 Termination of this Agreement shall not affect the rights and obligations accrued prior to the termination.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties. If the parties are unable to reach a resolution, any unresolved disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of [Arbitration Organization].
8. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

When endorsing Earthley Wellness, we encourage you to showcase your medical background and expertise, allowing your audience to understand the depth of your knowledge and experience. You are welcome to share your favorite product from our range or express your appreciation for our company as a whole. We believe in the power of personal experiences, so if you have personally benefited from implementing a particular Earthley product, we encourage you to share your success story and explain how it has positively impacted your life or the lives of your patients. The Endorser must follow FTC guidelines.
Exhibit B: Compensation
The Endorser will be featured on our homepage in the “Recommended By” section with their image/logo and links to their social media or practice website.
Earthley Wellness will create a compelling social media post that highlights your image, logo, and a quote about Earthley Wellness.
Ability to earn 20% commissions via joining our affiliate program.
