It’s enough to drive anyone crazy! Instead of catching up on your loved ones’ lives, you’re left angry, sad, or even anxious. Whether one person is right or wrong, it’s stressful to see and read ALL.THE.OPINIONS. The fights never end, do they?
We Can’t Control Social Media Stress…
The truth is, everyone will always have an opinion about something, and we can’t change that. What we can change and control is how we react (or don’t react). We have the power to remain calm in a world that seems so chaotic (or even just set down our devices). When the internet pushes you toward the edge of spazzing, we have just the right thing(s) to help snap you back to reality. We’d totally say “take a chill pill,” but we don’t have those, so take a chill tincture (or sip, or sniff) instead!

Cocoa Calm
