DIY Superfood Gummies
DIY Superfoods Gummies
If your kids won’t drink greens… make this. Not every child is excited about a glass of green powder in the morning. And instead of handing them neon, sugar-loaded gummies from a plastic bottle?
We make these. Real ingredients. Real nourishment. In a form they actually ask for.

What You’ll Need:
- 1 cup 100% fruit juice (or coconut water)
- 2–3 tbsp grass-fed gelatin
- 1–2 scoops Earthley Superfoods Powder
- 1–2 tbsp raw honey or sweetener of choice (optional)
- Silicone molds
- Optional Add-Ins: Greens powder or Mushroom Blend Powder
Steps:
Step 1 – Warm the Juice gently over low heat. Don’t boil. You just want it warm enough to dissolve everything smoothly.
Step 2 – Stir in the Superfoods Powder until fully combined. This blend is made from nutrient-dense whole food ingredients designed to support overall wellness, without synthetic vitamins, artificial flavors, or fillers.
Step 3 – Add Gelatin. Slowly sprinkle the gelatin over the top while whisking continuously to prevent clumping. Gelatin gives these their structure and is traditionally used to support gut and joint health, which makes these feel like a treat with purpose.
Step 4 – Sweeten (optional). Add raw honey if you’d like a little extra sweetness. Taste and adjust as needed.
Step 5 – Mold & Chill. Pour into silicone molds and refrigerate for 1–2 hours until firm. Pop them out and store in the refrigerator.
Pro Tip: If you want more of that store-bought, commercial-style chew (less like jello), leave the gummies sitting out uncovered at room temperature for about 24 hours. They’ll dry slightly and develop a firmer, chewier texture.
Why We Make These
We love to make these because there are no artificial dyes, no refined sugar and no mystery ingredients. Just whole food support in a kid-friendly form.
It’s not about forcing greens. It’s about finding creative ways to nourish your family in real life. Sometimes that looks like stirring a pot after dinner. Sometimes it looks like handing your child a strawberry-shaped gummy and knowing exactly what’s inside it. And that feels good.
