Q: How long will the class last?
A: Class lasts approximately 45 minutes. This will include history and benefits of sourdough plus creating your own sourdough starter. You will have the opportunity to ask questions, too!
Q: How many people can a class hold?
A: A class can hold up to 12 people.
Q: What if my group has more than 12 people?

Q: How old do participants need to be?
A: We ask that participants are at least 16, since we will be using burners and boiling water.
Q: What if my group has fewer than 5 people?
A: We cannot book the space for a group smaller than 5. However, we encourage you to register with your friends for our public classes!
