Our Flax Heating Pads are organic and hand-made by a work-at-home mama. They are 3 x 8 inches.

Use them for discomfort relief, relaxation, and detox! Just heat the pad, slip on the cover, and apply to the desired area for 20-40 minutes.

Heat in the microwave for about 1 minute, or until warm (but not too hot). Or, place in oven and begin preheating to a low setting and warm until desired temperature. Place onto desired area for pain-relief, relaxation, and more.
