Body care products are everywhere! When you walk into a store, there are multiple aisles of body care products. If you read a magazine or watch a commercial, or honestly, look almost anywhere, you will see body care items claiming to change your lives or fix any problem thrown in your face.

While some may do what they claim, they may be filled with junk that can cause other problems. You can get cleaner options or even make better options. Many times, these products are even more affordable.

On top of that, so many products make false natural or clean claims. We would have never thought we had to watch out for greenwashing, but we do. Just look at the labels. You will quickly see ingredients that aren’t clean, natural, or safe and most likely cannot be pronounced. These are all coming from brands that claim to be “natural.”
