I have loved every product from Earthley except this one. Its not the worst I’ve ever tried, but its certainly not the best either. It doesn’t get our dishes very clean and lately, we have noticed the detergent gathering in a large, long line/clump at the base of the inside of the dishwasher door. Our dishwasher is new and this is the only soap we have had this issue with.

  2. Courtney (verified owner)

This is the only dish detergent I will use! I use less than one tablespoon since otherwise there is white residue on my dishes after the dishwasher runs. I appreciate that it is a large package and comes in paper packaging!

  3. BreAnna (verified owner)

I’ve loved nearly all the Earthley products I’ve tried but I’m having a hard time getting dishes (particularly glasses) clean and clear with this detergent. I’ve used vinegar in the rinse aid compartment and still they’re cloudy. We have a home water softener but it is an older dishwasher so I’m not sure if that has to do with it. Also, if you’re sensitive to smells. I definitely recommend unscented as the scent tends to linger on some dishes such as silicone. Thank you to the excellent customer service though they credited my account for the scented so I could purchase the unscented.

  4. Kaitlin Bailey (verified owner)

I bought the lemon thyme scent. It smells great, but just personally wish I would’ve gotten unscented so it wasn’t on the dishes. We use unscented for almost everything, so that’s definitely our preference. Everything for the most part comes out clean. I just add vinegar to the rinse aid thing in our dishwasher.

  5. Ginger (verified owner)

I’ve used a few of the scents and the grapefruit is my favorite, but they’re all great and work well!!! Our water can be a little hard, so I do have to add a bit of vinegar to each wash, but I’d have to do that with any detergent.
