A Message to our SMS Readers...
A few weeks ago, we were told by our SMS provider that a new law had been passed in TX that requires businesses to send messages to only current/former customers...or face some pretty serious government intrusion (including the driver's license and personal financial information for every member of the company).
This means that we can only send messages to customers...and if you have never been through a checkout here at Earthley, even if you opted in to receive messages, we can no longer send you SMS starting on Sept. 1.
