Promotion: Hidden Gems Product Giveaway (“Promotion”)
Sponsor: Modern Alternative Mama, LLC dba Earthley Wellness located at 320 Outerbelt Street, Suite J, Columbus OH 43213 (“Sponsor”).
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, members, contractors and agents of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
The Promotion is void where prohibited by law.
3. PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion begins on March 6, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. and ends on March 11, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. (“Promotion Period”). All times are Eastern Standard.
Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
4. HOW TO ENTER
Participants may enter the Promotion by: entering their email address via the “Enter Giveaway!” tab provided in the promotional email.
Limit one entry per email address unless otherwise stated.
Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or generated by automated means may be disqualified.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a listed prize becomes unavailable.
6. ODDS OF WINNING
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
7. WINNER SELECTION
Winners will be selected random drawing on or about March 13, 2026 from all eligible entries received.
The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative.
8. WINNER NOTIFICATION
Potential winners will be notified via EMAIL within 10 days of the drawing.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 5 days after the notification is sent, or is deemed ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
9. PRIZE CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash unless otherwise specified.
Any applicable taxes, fees, or expenses associated with prize acceptance or use are the responsibility of the winner unless otherwise stated.
Winners may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release where permitted by law.
10. LIMITATIONS AND CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Official Rules or attempts to tamper with the entry process or operation of the Promotion.
Sponsor is not responsible for:
- lost, late, or misdirected entries
- technical failures
- unauthorized human intervention
- printing or typographical errors in promotional materials
Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the Promotion.
11. PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Promotion constitutes the winner’s consent for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, and city/state for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
12. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of any prize.

14. WINNERS LIST

15. GOVERNING LAW
The Promotion and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles.
