Mango Grapefruit Cayenne Smoothie

The sweet mangoes blend with the tartness and sourness of the grapefruit for the perfect combination! Toss in some cayenne pepper for a bit of a kick (and more health benefits).
This is great for digestion, liver support, immune support, heart support, and detox!
Mango Grapefruit Cayenne Smoothie
Makes about 4 1-cup servings.
Ingredients:
- 2 large grapefruits, juiced (about 1 cup juice)
- 2 cups frozen mango
- 1 tbsp. Immune-Aid Vitamin C Powder
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- Optional healthy additions:
- 1 tbsp. Greens Powder
- 1 tbsp. Super Foods Powder
- 1 tbsp. Electrolyte Powder
- 6 droppers of Elderberry Elixir
Directions:
Step 1: Add everything to a blender and blend until smooth. Add a little water if needed to achieve the desired consistency. Serve immediately.
