Changes to Our Canadian Shipping Policy

Effective June 1, 2025, Earthley we no longer offer shipping to Canada.

We understand this may come as disappointing news, and we want to explain the reasons behind this change, what it means for you, and answer any questions you may have.

Why We Made This Change

At Earthley, we always strive to deliver the best customer experience possible. Unfortunately, over time, we’ve seen increased challenges with international shipping, particularly to Canada, including:

  • High tariffs and duties placed on orders
  • Customs delays that often result in long wait times
  • Unpredictable delivery timelines
  • Increased shipping costs for our customers
  • A consistently poor customer experience compared to our U.S. orders

As much as we want to serve our Canadian customers, these ongoing issues are beyond our control and have made it difficult to uphold the standard of care and service we’re committed to providing.

Q: When is the last day to place an order shipping to Canada?

A: Orders must be placed by May 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST. After that, Canadian shipping will no longer be available.

Q: Can I still use a freight forwarding service or U.S. address?

A: Yes, if you have access to a U.S. mailing address or a freight forwarding service, you are welcome to place orders that way. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for packages once they reach the forwarding service.

Q: Will Earthley ever offer Canadian shipping again?
