Amazing product. I use it to treat inflamed skin, and when I feel an onset of acne come up. After treating the area, I notice that the inflamed spot never fully develops to a full blown acne but actually shrinks down and soothes the area. My only critique is to fix the roller to where it actually stays on when using. The “ball” fell out (got stuck to the cap) when opening it and I did lose product from that which was a bummer.
